I am Agnieszka, Head Designer and Owner at Imagenation Design, even though my career started with a Marketing Course (resulting in a BA diploma).
And then, out of a passion for everything creative, I took on a Graphic Design course, and I have never stopped creating since... 

So back in 2000, I started working as an in-house Designer.
Over a decade, while being an employee, I was gaining professional experience in design for web and print - mainly for marketing and sales departments, but also in desktop publishing, digital photography field, and more.

I have been working for all sorts of companies - from local businesses to national and international giants, mainly for health and beauty retailers, a publishing house as well as within the IT sector.

My daily tasks used to involve producing leaflets, promo posters, e-mail campaigns, designs for accessories, designs for blog posts and landing pages as well as creating product catalogues, printed newsletters and trade magazines.

In my last employed role, product photography was required.
Therefore, I had the opportunity to get familiar with professional photography equipment and imagery retouching software.

It is hard to believe I started my career pre-social media era, but thankfully concept of branding for business was well-established back then.

I am a great supporter of the branding guidelines because they make work so much easier for both parties: the designer and the client/organisation.

I am also a fan of social media, as they allow small and big organisations easy and effective promotion if done strategically.
I am glad I was able to observe the social media renaissance since its early days...

When it comes to other work, due to my strong interest in mixed media and digital art, I have been designing for the arts and crafts as well as clothing and accessory industries.
I must say, I have been having loads of fun with it!

To summarise, I enjoy helping businesses with increasing their revenue while offering my skills and experience.
That is why I would be happy to assist with other work, beyond the branding and social media design I specialise in.

Currently, I work in Bournemouth, Dorset (UK) in my fully equipped art, design, and - if needs be - photography studio.

In a nutshell, my formal education in design and marketing, overall and broad over 20 years of professional experience, makes me an ideal business partner, who would be happy to assist with an interesting design project delivery.

Long-term collaboration is certainly possible but reserved for awesome individuals and organisations only (chemistry is key even in business!).

Above my professional skills, I can offer: my attention to detail, ability to work solo and in a team, great sense of responsibility and communication skills.
Good music goes without saying.

I honestly believe I will be of valuable assistance to a solopreneur and/or organisation striving for success being built in an informal although professional way, and ultimately aiming for a win-win situation.
